Till a moment before Oscars ceromeny got started, how many of us, Indians, might have thought Freida Pinto/Lathika coming onto red carpet with sari. I donno about other fellow Indians. Sitting before TV, with enthusiasm, I was thinking which dress Freida Pinto would wear?? I was sure that Freida would make use of occassion to show up fabulous fashion design. But the question that i was obsessed with was "which design??? whether Indian or Western one?". This Slumdog leading lady had already topped in vague.com's 'Ten Best Dressed' for three weeks in a row. I had been collecting her pics with Chanel Black dress at Elle style awards, with Pink gown at Producer'guild awards, with Silver grey Zac Posen dress at director's guild of america awards.... and now OSCAR ceremony. And anyways, Pinto is going to rock the coverpages on all most all magzines in March.

Freida Pinto Biography:

Born in October 18, 1984 in Mumbai to parents who hail from the coastal town of Mangalore in Karnataka state. She recognizes herself has Mangalorean Catholic . After graduated from St. Xavier's College, she entered modeling career.

Modelling Career:

During 2006-07, she anchored 'Full Circle', a travel show which was telecast on Zee International Asia Pacific. She went on assignments to Afghanistan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Fiji among other countries.
she also featured in several television and print commercials for products such as Wrigleys Chewing Gum, Škoda, Hutch, Airtel, and De Beers.
Freida is trained in some forms of Indian classical dance as well as Salsa.

After 2 years of her modelling career, one day, she got call for auditions for Slumdog Millionire where she got shortlisted, selected and picked up as a leading lady. And the rest is history that is known to everybody.

British Independent Film Award - Most Promising Newcomer
National Board of Review, USA - Best Breakthrough Performance

Future Projects:

Pinto was already taken to an untitled movie by director Woody Allen. Allen is three time oscar winner and 17 time oscar nominee. Actresses like Mira Sorvino, Dianne Wiest, Diane Keaton and most recently Penelope Cruz have received Oscars so far under his direction. So, lets wish one more Oscar to this Indian beuty, in next year.

Biggest Immediate Threat: Recession or Terrorism?

Terrorism and Economic recession are the 2 threats posed against the present politicains. The question is which one is the biggest threat? Economic Recession or Terrorism. Is that exactly correct to concentrate upon terrrorism in the present situation? I do think that terrorism is great concern to few nations like US, India. India is the immediate vicitm of terrorism. But US is not. I haven't heard any other nation suffering from terrorism in recent news. But, for the sure, I do accept that terrorism is growing bigger and bigger. It will be headache in the future. As of now, we can say that economy is still more dangerous to the entire wold. So, how good it is to concentrate and invest time/money on terrorism. Lots of Billions dollars have to be spent on afghan operations. Lots of billions dollors are inline to stabilize civilan goverment, economy in pakistan. Tho, pakistan is not putting entire money in proper use.

Before, Obama comes, under Bush regime, I used to hear about two problems. One is Economic Recession and second one is "Iraq issue". Now the latter was just replaced by "Terrorism". Do you really think that something sudden happened with Iraq and Terrorism? Nothing happend. The things are going on as they were expect Mumbai attacks. There is no dangreous sign of attack on America. So why is it concentrating on terrorism. I think this problem had been exagarated by Obama.
On the other hand, economic recession is completely different. The problem is everywhere. No country is there which was not affected by it. So, what the funds obama can arrange, he should divert them to solve this problem. Why to diversify the amount of funds in the name of terrorism.
So, in my openion recession is the sole problem to be care of, as of now. Because, world joins with US with step it will take regarding economy. If US concentrate on terrrorism, why some other countries like Germanry, France, UK, Canada will come join with it when these countries don't have any immediate threate out of terrorism.

Earning Money in Blogging by Ads

Its no denying fact that looking for the ways to get money needs lot of efforts. When i heard blogging is one of the way to my destiny, I started blogging with no delay. But, now i understood the pain in searching money givers. So, here are the money givers.....

Let me make my points straight enough:
This post is only to discuss the basic steps in earning the money thru blogging.

1. Ads is main gateway to earn money. Publishers can use ad services by google and adbrite. you can use Google adsense application easily. But to maximise revenues u can use adbrite services also. One feature i suggest you to prefer with adbrite is "adbrite inline ads feature." I dint see some sort of this feature in google adsense.

2.Try to add as many as possible sitemaps to google webmaster tools. Check with other search engines like yahoo, livesearch and etc.

3.Never try to click on your own ads. Once google algorithms identify you doing that, you will loose money. This way, i lost my income for over a month. Especially, when u r new to blogging community, u will have some enthu to click on your own ads. I precaution u not to do that.

4.try to visit as many as forums and communities as possible and try to participate in discussions. It will give you lot of traffic.

5. You can make use of tools like "search engine optimization tools" to improve your traffic.

Whatever the ways you follow to earn money, make sure that your content is good, unique and creative. Its a common phrase in blogging world that: "Content is King". Never mind about the money you are making, mind about the way you are marketing your site. Cos, later will influence former.

I love Obama. Y because of his courage to face two gigantic problems. One is dwindling Economy, another one is rising Terrorism. These two are completely two different problems handling of which needs highly effective leadership qualities to lead entire human race out of these two valleys of troubles. Apart from these, he is a head turner with his ability in speaking. And I am sure, he will successfully complete his tenure not-only as a President of United States but-also as Saviour of the entire Human Race.

My previous post was on verifying wordpress blog and adding sitemaps to it. In the similar way, this post describes how to verify blogspot and adding sitemaps for blogger site. The way it goes is completely different from wordpress blog.
You will identify this post saves your lot of time as i wasted couple of hours in searching the ways to do it.
Verifying Your Blogspot Blog:

Take the following steps:
1. Open google webmaster tools. and specify your web adress.

2.Click on verify. Google will give you 2 options. First one is "Add Meta tag code". Here, one meta tag will be given to you. It looks like:
meta name="verify-v1" content="HbOqDCGIANG04BBgi580QS7lzOiX6S7Bzl5GRT4h118=" . Copy this code.

3. Now open your http://yourname.blogspot.com and sign in > Customize> Layout> HTML code of blog.

4. Just below head tag paste the above link.

5. Now click on "Save template"

6.Go to "webmaster tools" from where u got meta tag, click on "verify" the site.
Submitting site maps:

1. Go to google webmaster tool site.

2. Login and then Go to dashboard. You must be done with 'verify site' by now. Otherwise, u can't proceed.

3.U many have many accounts, opposite to ur desired web address/account press "Add" button under "sitemap".

4. Give the either of the following feeds as input at "Submit sitemap field" as shown following:

http://havetimeblogger.blogspot.com/atom.xml?max-results=500&start-index=1
http://havetimeblogger.blogspot.com/atom.xml?max-results=500&start-index=501
http://havetimeblogger.blogspot.com/atom.xml?max-results=500&start-index=1001
http://havetimeblogger.blogspot.com/atom.xml?max-results=500&start-index=1501
Then click "Submit Sitmap". If you want to get one more sitemap for the same site u give the same above link but by inreaseing the start -index to 2001. U can add on sitemaps just like that at an increament of 500.
Then google will display the following messege:
You have added http://havetimeblogger.blogspot.com/atom.xml?max-results=500&start-index=1. Reports may take several hours to update. Thank you for your patience!
After few hours at max one hour, your site will site will be approved and ur site will be considered by Search engines like Google, Yahoo and etc.

Making Google to verify your Wordpress Blog & submitting Sitemaps to GWebmaster Tools

After 3 hours of extensive search, I found the solution for this prob. I have found the solution no where in web except at Redchaos. I am very happy for that. Still, one hesitation is there in the solution which i want incorporate to make it complete solution.

Verifying Your Wordpress Blog:

Take the following steps:

1. Open google webmaster tools. and specify your web adress.

2.Click on verify. Google will give you 2 options. First one is "Add HTML code". Here, one html code will be given to you. It looks like: " google7u445y3dfghat56e1075p.html" . Copy this code.

3. Now open your wordpress blog.

4. Create new page (not post).

5.Directly paste the html code, that was given to you, in title field of page

(Here wordpress will not take .html extension. Still, paste it.)

6.Now publish the page. (Content of the page doesn't matter)

By this point, ur problem is solved. But should we keep this page on blog even it doesn't consist of any info.I donno exactly what to do for this. But i can give you tip to keep that page as private.

Submitting site maps:

1. Go to google webmaster tool site.

4. Give this input there in the field http://yourname.wordpress.com/sitemap.xml DONE!!!
